Whether you fancy giving yoga a try for the first time, or have some or lots of experience, this is the class for you!
This is a mixed ability class, that caters for all, we will stretch, strengthen and relax.
It doesn’t matter about your current level of flexibility or fitness, yoga is about so much more, I’ll help you to find space in your body and mind.
